Formation au portfolio (accompagnement) - Portfolio training (companion)

Le projet Migrapass comme le précédent projet Tremplin Migrant(e)s coordonné par Autremonde, iriv et Femmes Egalité s'adresse aux migrants mais adopte une démarche différente : l'étape d'expérimentation et d'utilisation du portfolio est précédée par celle de formation des mentors (tuteurs). Formés à l'utilisation du portfolio, ces tuteurs pourront transmettre aux autres la démarche du portfolio. Les tuteurs (Cf au glossaire) peuvent être des bénévoles ou des professionnels des associations, des travailleurs sociaux, des formateurs sociolinguistiques, des médiateurs interculturels, des agents du développement local etc.

Les cadres d'expérimentation et/ou de formation au portfolio sont des associations, centre sociaux, agences Pôle Emploi, programmes de formation spéciaux (au CNAM, à l'OFII, dans des universités), entreprises (la signature de la charte de la diversité par les entreprises).

The Migrapass project, like the earlier Tremplin Migrant(e)s project coordinated by Autremonde, iriv and Femmes Egalité, targets migrants but uses a modified approach : the experimentation (portfolio use) phase is preceded by a training phase for mentors (tutors). Once trained to use the portfolio, these tutors will be able to explain the portfolio process to others. The tutors (see glossary) can be association volunteers or professionals, social workers, socio-linguistic teachers, intercultural mediators, local development agents, etc.

The portfolio experimentation and/or training locations are associations, social centers, job centres, special training programmes (eg. universities, CNAM or OFII in France), and companies that have signed the Diversity Charter).
